I would like to begin by saying that I only knew Brian for a few months but they were interesting. I want to talk about him like the way I last remember him. His baseball cap, grey colored sweats, a sweater, with a highschool jacket on top, with his dog cassie taging along. He was my favorite person to talk to about any subject because he seemed to know every subject. He was simple and I though he was "cool". I wish I would have met him earlier at the Shell Station sooner. That was the place anyone can find him on any day smoking his cigarette, or talking about baseball, reading the paper, or playing the puzzles in the paper.

You will be missed Brian.

Please accept my condolences. I met Brian in about 1979. I was an attorney, and Brian worked with me on an important trial. He provided excellent support and assistance, and he greatly lightened my load during a very stressful time.

In 1984, I became a judge of the Superior Court iin Santa Clara County, and it was my great honor to officiate at Brian's wedding. My wife and I recall a joyous time at the Plumed Horse Restaurant in Saratoga.

I still serve as a judge in Santa Clara county. I regret having lost contact with Brian in recent years, and my wife and I were very sad to learn of Brian's untimely passing.
