I met Carol at SAP in Palo Alto over a decade ago. We wound up becoming colleagues and I used her talents on a number of projects with especially difficult clients at SAP and Redback Networks. Carol's capability as a consultant and easy-going demeanor made her the perfect coach for strung-out executives.
I had thought Carol beat cancer. I learned years later that she had even made a major presentation to an SAP executive group the day after receiving chemo. That's fortitude.
Carol and I have kept touch over the years. Her energy, wit and smile will be missed. Knowing Carol made my life better. I hope I will be able to say the same when my time comes.
Condolences to Carol's family. I suspect Carol is in heaven now affecting behavior change on rogue angels. Much Love, Allan
