Dear Cathy,
The days are full of busyness but not a day passes when you are not thought of and your family is often prayed for and thought of.
I was thinking the other day how God not only used your life to do His work but He used your passing to heaven as well.
So many reunions took place during and after your service.
God reunited us through your life and memory.
Family and friends stood on Holy ground in the church as they felt the filling of the Holy spirit.
There were tears of joy and sadness but most prevelant was the sense that you and God walked the grounds that day at both places.
What took place I know you would be happy about.
For just a day everyone set aside any causes that pulled people apart and we most all I talked to felt and sensed we were one in the spirit that day.
You leave behind more than a life full of helps, God ministers through your dying as well.
And being these last days, I am positive He did a good work in you up untill the end.
And really, what is the end, but the beginning of eternity with God in heaven.
You were so many things to so many.
You walked in Jesus' footsteps and also your Mom's.
You were a beacon of light calling your sister back to shore.
You were a tool used mightly for many of our healings and salvation.
Sunday we plan to plant a flowering plum in honor of your life on our property.
It is your favorite color (purple)and as it reaches toward heaven we will always remember you and praise God for your life.
May God comfort us and as we think of you may we smile and remember the good times for there are many!
Amen

Until I met Cathy, I thought therapy was a waste of time. After I met Cathy I became a therapist. She has affected my life in more ways than I will ever know.

I would have to sit down and write a book to share all of the wonderful memories I have of Cathy because there are a million and more.
I am grateful to God for bringing Cathy into my life. She will always be honored in my heart and remembered as my spiritual sister, the one who cared enough to take the time and patience to answer all of my questions of doubt about God. Cathy introduced me to her Lord and Savior and after believing and accepting Him as my own, I was never the same. There are many heroes in life, many special people we meet along the way, and Cathy was one of those to me.
There hasn't been a day that has gone by that I have not shed tears and prayers for her and her family.
We will meet again dear sister, and when we walk those streets of gold we will be reunited and face to face with our Lord and Savior Jesus!
Untill then, I will cherish all those precious memories of you and in eternity I will see that special jewel that you have earned in your crown for winning my soul to the Lord.
For over thirty years you were more to me than a sister-in-law and a friend, you were a special sister in the Lord and always will be.
I have always loved you Cathy Miller, and I have never forgotten you or your family and I never will.
I will never forget you were one of my heroes on earth and I will remember your family in prayer always.
If there are petite fours in heaven, save one for me, will you please?
You are dearly loved and I will miss you so much.
I am so thank ful to God we kept in touch all of these years!
To God be the glory for creating a special woman as you.
Say Hi to Jesus for me, will you?
I will miss our emails.
And I will cherish all of the cards and letters we exchanged through the years!
My heart goes out to all of your family.
May God give you overwhelming peace and comfort.
