Dolores J. Lima Nov. 3, 1929 – May 3, 2009 Beloved wife of Manuel Lima, Preceded in death by son, Bruce W. Lima. Daughter of the late Fidel and Etelvina Cubas.. Dear sister of Elena Ponte of Acushnet, Massachusetts; Gloria Adao of Roseville, California; Cecilia Skyes and Carmen Alfonse, both of New Bedford, Massachusetts; and the late Anita and Robert Rodrigues of Reno, Nevada. Dear sister in law of Margaret Tucciarone of West Palm Beach, Florida; and Dorothy Pereira of Fairhaven, Massachusetts. Dear Aunt of many nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. She was a native of New Bedford , Massachusetts and a Graduate of New Bedford High School and resided in Santa Clara, California Since 1960. Dolores was a retired Personnel Administrator at GTE Government Systems in Mountain View, California. She was 79 years of age. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association and Cancer Research Association. Vigil, Wed. 5/6/09 at 7pm (visitation 5-9pm) at Lima Family Santa Clara Mortuary 466 N. Winchester Blvd. Mass, Thurs. 5/7/09 at 11am at St. Justin Church 2655 Homestead Rd, Santa Clara, CA, 95051. Interment to to follow at Santa Clara Mission Cemetery.
