Eleanor Tovar Obituary

Eleanor Alice Moreno Tovar, 91 years, died peacefully on Sunday, Oct 29. She was a devoted sister, wife, mother, grandma, and great grandma. Born in Ft. Morgan, Colorado, Alice was the youngest daughter of the Moreno family. In the 1940s they moved to Santa Clara, where she met her future husband, Albert Tovar. They married and moved to San Jose, their home for 63 years. Alice loved time with friends and family and was dedicated to making home a welcoming, happy place. She and Albert were married for 72 years. She will always be missed by her husband, her children, Richard, Sue, Diane, and Julie, her 11 grandchildren, and her three great-granddaughters.
