Eloise "Ellie" Mary Chan

Resident of San Jose
Eloise Mary Chan passed on April 21, 2011. She was 67 years old. Ellie was born in Watertown, New York on April 29, 1943 to Geofard Joseph Hogan and Maryalyse Hogan. She grew up in a large family with four brothers and three sisters. She graduated from Chittenango High School in 1961. After High School she boldly traveled 3000 miles to San Jose, CA to start a new life. It was here that she met her late husband Chak "Charlie" Chan. Ellie worked as a financial analyst. She most enjoyed shopping and travel. She was an avid reader and enjoyed knitting. She is survived by her son Eric. A funeral service will be held at Campbell Memorial Chapel in Campbell, CA on Saturday May 7th at 10am. Donations in her memory can be made to the American Heart Association.
