Frances Marie Dutra died peacefully on November 29th, 2012. Born in San Jose, CA. May 25th 1943 beloved Daughter of Angelo and Lillian Arena, Frances was 69 years old. Frances was the loving wife of Albert Dutra (they were married for 44 years) and loving Mother of Daughter Kathleen Dutra and Son Christopher Filice, Daughter-In-Law Kathleen Filice, Brother Sonny Arena, Sister-In-Law Christine Arena and Grandsons Tony, Scott and Michael Filice.
Frances was a graduate of Campbell High School in 1961; she was a wonderful Homemaker and fantastic cook. When not busy raising her children she ran the family business. Frances and Albert loved to travel to Lake Tahoe and gamble and enjoy the beautiful scenery, shows and food. Frances and Albert were big baseball fans too; She was an avid Oakland A's fan. She was very artistic creating freehand sketches and oil paintings. Frances also loved her pet dog Harley, special occasions, and holidays spent with her family. Frances' favorite pastime was playing BINGO where she enjoyed time with her friends and supported her church.
Our Mom will be greatly missed and never forgotten. Vigil service will be held at Lima Family Erikson Mortuary 710 Willow Street, San Jose CA 95125 at 4pm on Sunday December 9th. A Mass and Celebration of Life will be held at St Christopher's Church, Monday Dec 10th at 9:30am. Burial will follow at Los Gatos Memorial Cemetery located at 2255 Los Gatos-Almaden Rd., San Jose CA 95124
