Resident of Oroville, CA
Frank A. Sanders Jr. passed away March 7, 2013 after a brief illness in Oroville, California. Frank was born in Paul's Valley Oklahoma to Frank A. Sanders Sr. and Beulah E. Sanders on Oct. 14, 1932. He was an only child. He graduated from Fremont High School and served in the Korean War 1952-1954. He lived most of his life in the Cupertino/San Jose area before moving to Oroville in 1995. Frank owned and operated FAS trenching in the San Jose/Cupertino area for many years. He enjoyed working outdoors, especially running his backhoe. He is survived by the mother of his children Linda M. Redfield and their three kids, Frank A. Sanders III (Gayle) of Turlock, Adam A. Sanders (Renee) of Cupertino and Elizabeth M. S. Rowley (Scott) of Fort Collins CO. Eight grandchildren Frank A. Sanders (Andrea), James Thomas, Randy, Tanya, Savanna, Shelby, Mason and Logan, one great grandchild, Godric.
There will be two memorial services, March 30, 2013, 2:30pm at Luceddies American and Italian Restaurant, 2053 Montgomery St., Oroville CA. and on April 11, 2013, 1:00pm at Union Church of Cupertino, 20900 Stevens Creek, Cupertino, CA.
