Was born in Siloam, Georgia on August 25, 1929 and passed away June 6, 2012 in Morgan Hill, California.
Geneva was an active member at Antioch Baptist Church in San Jose, California for 52 years. She was a faithful deaconess, a cheerful member of the senior choir, and a loving senior mother of the church.
She is survived by her loving husband, William A. Johnson III, her children, and fifteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren as well as a host of nieces and nephews.

When someone you love has left you there is a feeling of missing a part of yourself. Like one who has had a limb removed, you constantly reach for the phantom lover. You may wish for this uncomfortable feeling to leave you so that you can function properly. However, the truth is that the place in your heart the feels a sense of lacking represents the hole where your relationship goes. It is natural to feel that you miss the person the belongs in your life.

I will miss your smile and our chats at church. You always asked about my kids and how they were doing. You were one of the persons who shaped their personality. You were like a mother to me so caring and concerned. God has found a true angel. I hope you meet my parents in heaven.
