I love you too Grandpa. Even though I didn't get see you at all for the last 12 years...I never forgot my childhood memories of you. I loved bringing my girlfriend over to your house and having you share all of your jokes!! Gownless evening strap!!! You had a sparkle that lit up every room you were in and you treated your family like royalty. You will be missed and I love you and wish you peace!

I love you grandpa.. you will truly be missed.. I have so many wonderful memories with you.. I'm so glad I got to see you the last few years of your life when I stop by your house almost weekly and bring you flowers or a plant... I now know how important that was... I'll never forget "Garage door open".. or all that great food you used to make.. or your little cans of 7up we would drink while sitting out on your man made empire 3 level backyard.. or hitting golfballs off the hill towards ssf airport... oh how could we forget the view!! ..
