Former resident of Saratoga
Jeanne passed peacefully with her children by her side, December 13, 2015. She was an avid golfer with 2 holes in one to brag about. A Registered Nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital, and beloved Mother Slug to her friends. Jeanne Was known for her easy smile, quick wit, and sparkling blue eyes, and cooking delicious meals in her kitchen. She was a Sustaining member in San Jose Junior League, and a member of The Good Samaritan League. Jeanne was married for 56 years to Rowan Charles Boylan, MD, who passed in 2010. Survived by her children and grandchildren, Tom and Bill Boylan of Nevada, Dennis Boylan of Sonora, and Karen Boylan Bercaw of Los Gatos. Grandchildren are Logan and Alec Bercaw, and Cody Boylan. Memorial services to be held January 18, 2016, at 2pm, Saratoga Federated Church, 20390 Park Pl, Saratoga, CA. In lieu of flowers, please send donations in her name to the Brain Support Network, PO Box 7264, Menlo Park, CA. 94026, www.brainsupportnetwork.org

Jeanne was a dear friend and a fun and funny " Slug mother" to a wonderful group of women...All members of the Good Samaritan League. We will always remember her hospitality at Donner hiking, rafting,.skiing fishing and swimming and best times of just being "slugs on the dock" reading, needlepointing and talking..and planning dinner!! She will live forever in our "Best of" God Bless you Jeanne

Jeanne Boylan loved Paula Deen and cooking comfort style. She made us laugh till we were silly. Jeanne will stay in my memory and is missed. My condolences to her family. Cherish those memories, Angelina Boothe
