Joe you were a wonderful person. You lived life to the fullest. Your laugh was infectious. Indeed you were larger than life. Thank you for being your unique, "Special" self.

It is with great sadness that the staff at Oakwood San Jose, where Joseph lived his past few years, learned of Joseph’s passing.
Some of our staff knew him as Joe and some and Mr. Speciale. But, no matter how each of us knew Joseph, we all agree that he was a pleasure to be around. Joseph Speciale was considerate, conscientious, polite and had a great sense of humor. We will miss him greatly.
Our thoughts are with his family.

Mr. Speciale and family,
My encounter with you in MRI will be forever remembered. You thanked me for being there for you, but I thank you for confirming my spiritual gift of comfort that has been given to me from our Lord. I am sorry we didn't have more time, but I know you were tired and God called you, but I will see you again.
