Kenneth Caramella Obituary

Kenneth Charles Caramella

Resident of La Honda, CA

Age 61, died suddenly at his home on April 29th. He was the son of the late Charles and Catherine Caramella.

Ken grew up in San Jose and was the manager of the Westside Branch of US-Concrete. He was an avid fisherman and spent much of his time boating and fishing on the Eel River, Martin's Beach, Mexico and wherever the tides and fish would take him. Ken enjoyed riding his Harley and living in his mountain home in La Honda, CA.

Ken is survived by his family and many friends who loved him dearly. He leaves a son, Eric Johnson and his wife Rosa. He was the loving and proud grandfather to Hannah and Max Johnson. He was the beloved brother of Linda & Paul Rasmussen, Gary & Jan Caramella. He will be missed by his nieces and nephews Michele & Bob Joy, Scott & Kim Rasmussen, Matt & Yvette Caramella & Monique & John Bagley. Great uncle to his 6 nieces and nephews.

Ken had many dear friends who he loved like family. He was a wonderful, kind and gentle person. We will all miss his warm smile, his wonderful laugh and his caring ways.

A service for Ken will be held at a later date. Donations may be made in his name to The Disabled Veterans, P.O. Box 14301, Cincinnati OH 45250-0301.

My deepest condolences to Ken's family!!! I've known Ken all my life and was terribly shocked to hear the sad news. Ken was and still is one of my best friends, he was such a wonderful person. I'm going to miss our meeting for breakfast every other month to talk about what was going on in our lives. He sure did love to go fishing and ride his bike. Ken knew how to really enjoy life. I'm glad we stayed in touch all these years. He will be missed very much. "Ken I Love you bro, you were like a brother to me".
your Bro, John Grijalva
