Leslie Balogh Obituary

Leslie Ann Balogh
1944 - December 31, 2016
Saratoga
Leslie passed away peacefully on the final morning of 2016. She was the best mother that her two sons, Scott and Jason, could have ever asked for, and a loving wife to her husband Joe for 48 years. Leslie is also survived by her sisters, Clarissa and Nancy, and her brother Tyler. Leslie graduated from University of Arizona and retired as a teacher at Pinewood School after over 40 years as an educator. Leslie enjoyed spending time with friends and family, traveling, and making her home warm and inviting. Leslie was very artistic and always found time to cook for the family. She had a beautiful golf swing but playing bridge became her favorite pastime. A celebration of Leslie will take place on January 28th at 1:00 pm at Saratoga Federated Church, 20390 Park Place in Saratoga. If you would like to make a donation in Leslie's memory please do so through the Carden Educational Foundation at http://www.cardenschool.org/donation/

Thanks Paul. My mom was epic, miss her so much. She taught me in 1st grade and 3rd grade at Pinewood. She was tough, I only received a B+. I swore I was an A student but not the case in her class.

Mrs. Balogh was an amazing woman and the best teacher our daughter, Sydney, ever had. She is missed by so many. Our sincere condolences to her family.
