's Market in Los Altos were where she could be found... until 3:00 pm when it was time to hurry home, just in case Harry arrived home early! She would always have a home-cooked meal ready for him every night when he returned from the Club. She and Harry remained long-time members of Sharon Heights Golf and Country Club for over 50 years and held nearly every family celebration there. Harry and Loretta were treated like royalty everywhere they went, but especially at Sharon Heights.Our family expresses their sincerest thanks and appreciation to Loretta's private caregivers over the past 18 months... Famiza Ahamad, Tita Sanchez, and Diane Estrada, our family's three Angels who worked tirelessly, day-in and day-out (never, ever calling in sick from work!) satisfying every need and want of Nana's... and then some. Hospice of San Joaquin oversaw Nana's health conditions with their expert doctors, nurses, LVN's, and aides. Special thanks to Jeralyn, Erica, and Marilou for showering Nana with the utmost of compassion, kindest, care, and concern. Together, we were Nana's "team" all serving one purpose... to keep Nana happy, comfortable, and free of pain. We believe we succeeded, as she certainly let all of us know how appreciative she was until her last breath.Graveside services will be held Tuesday, October 3rd, at 2:00 pm at Alta Mesa Memorial Park, 695 Arastradero Road, Palo Alto, 94306. All are welcome to attend.
