Resident of San Jose
Jan. 3, 1920 - Jan. 10, 2011
Beloved wife of the late Melquiades Dominguez passed into eternal life, peacefully with her family by her side, at the age of 91. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that Martha had touched in many ways throughout her very memorable life.
In life, she blessed all her children with love and wisdom. She leaves her legacy with five daughters and three sons, Linda, Jane, Nellie, Dee, Martha (deceased), Pablo, Jesus and Joe. Martha was a grandmother of 34, great-grandmother of 71, and great-great grandmother of 6.
She was a wonderful Wife, Mother, Sister, Grandmother and Friend. She will be missed and her spirit will live on with us in all the wonderful memories.
A memorial service will be held at Lima Family Erickson, 710 Willow Street, San Jose CA. Visitation will begin on Monday January 17th at 4:00 pm, followed by the reading of the Rosary at 7:00 pm.
Family and Friends are invited to Mass on Tuesday January 18th, at 11:00 am at the Most Holy Trinity, 2040 Nassau Drive. Internment will follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery, 2655 Madden Ave, San Jose, CA.

Usted era como una rosa tan hermosa. Me recuerdo cuando me case con Danny y que un dia que la conoci me dio una sonriza tan bonita y unas palabras tan hermosas. Me hizo sentir muy apreciada. Siempre me ha recordado de usted como una senora muy linda. Gracias por su amor que me expresaba cuando me miraba. Beautiful,courages,loving,helpful,and the most important thing about you(HEART)... AMA , my breath was taken away when i got word you were gone,,i always thought you would never pass because of the fight you had within the dominguez (never quit attitude).. You were to my family like a mother or best friends, not a grandma,, you were always laughing and liked to hold hands with all my boys,, whom they love you and miss you so much...the lord might have taken away 2 martha Dominguez's from us these last 5 years.. you and aunt martha,, but im honored and priviledged to be married to that special person in my life that will carry your full name with pride and honor.. i know grandma you always told me,,(ella me gusta por ti porque si casen va a tener la misma nombre),, martha loves you dearly ama and cries with me and helps me get through this hard times.. i wont say goodbye because i know your here right with us and watching over us to keep us strong but i will tell you "I LOVE YOU"

Grandma we love you and will always miss you, but the fact your back in Granpas arms again brings a smile to my face !! Also, i'm glad Damon & Lauryn were able to create lasting memories with the quality time they spent with you and for that i'm grateful !!! Goodbye Grandma......
