Arlette & I moved to San Mateo in 1975 and the first neighbors we met were Jack & Mary. Mary became a third grandmother to our two baby girls. We shared many wonderful times together, and we shall always miss that great smile and warm heart. Our condolences to the entire Kaefer family. John & Arlette Monfredini

Terry and I are so sorry to hear the sad news that Mary has passed away. We are so happy that we had the opportunity to see her just two short years ago. We grieve the loss of our children's "California Grandma". She was a classy lady and we were fortunate to know her!
