Michael R. Cole

1988 - 2022

It is with great sadness that we announce the untimely passing of our dear Michael. He passed away very unexpectedly on December 8th, due to natural causes, a heart attack in his sleep. He was born in Los Gatos, CA on April 29th, 1988, to Alan R Cole and Laura Manfredi. He spent his entire life living in Santa Clara County, primarily with his father. He was a proud graduate of Westmont High School and was an expert in driving and delivering necessary goods and supplies. For the past 6 years, he worked for My Green Lunch in San Jose, where at the time of his passing he served as the Fleet Manager, and was highly regarded for his hard work ethic, loyalty and dedication.People who knew him were impressed by his good sense of humor, his excellent memory, his reliability (he only missed one day of work in six years!) and his organizational skills. Michael was dedicated to his family and friends, always placing others' needs before his own. Also, he had an appreciation of fast sport cars, including his 49er cherry red Hyundai Genesis. He was the creator of "MokaBeats", rap tracks for his brother Chraze-C to write and perform original raps. He was a true lifelong sports fan and loved the San Francisco 49ers, the San Francisco Giants and San Jose Sharks. As an angel in the end zone, he is undoubtedly rooting for this year's wonderful 49er team. Michael is survived by his father, Alan Cole (Kathy), his brother Chris Cole (Rachel), his sister Serena Cole (Kemal), his brother Nicholas Keshvari, his brother Evan Mikkelsen, his 3 loving nieces and nephew, and the beloved family cat Leo. He is pre-deceased by his grandparents and his mother, Laura Manfredi.A Celebration of Life will be held at 2pm on February 25th, 2023 at the Habing Family Funeral Home, 129 Fourth St., Gilroy CA. In lieu of flowers, please make donations in Michael's name to the American Heart Association and/or the SPCA.
