Its hard to believe that its been 14 years since Mike passed away. I still see Cassie every year and I know that she still carries him close in her heart. It is utterly heartbreaking to lose a child at any age, but Mike had so much life left ahead of him. He came from a wonderful family and I know he will always be loved and missed terribly.

I was very surprised to hear of Mike's passing. My sincerest sympathies to his families, both the family that I grew up with and his wife and children. I remember him as a fun childhood friend; even though he was 3 years older, he wasn't too cool to be nice to me. Regards, David.

Although it has been a long time since our swimming days as kids, I will always remember Mike as that witty, fun, optimistic kid that carried him into adulthood with that same great attitude. My thoughts & prayers are with Al, Cassie, Shelley, Missy, and his wife Angie. I'm so sorry for your loss. I'll remember Mike fondly.

We are so sorry to hear of your loss. It had been awhile since we last saw the family but it seems like only yesterday we were all playing darts together at Skookum's on Saturday nights. Always, Kevin & Mike

Mike was a special friend, always fun to be with but was a bulldog on things that mattered to him. Times spent working, golfing, having brunch with Mike and Angie will always be great memories. We will miss you buddy. Always,Judy & Wayne

We were so very shocked and saddened to hear of Mike's passing. The entire Mangini family were great friends back during the days when all of our kids were swimmers. Our hearts go out to all of you and you will be in our prayers.

I remember Mike as a little kid when we swam on the same swim team. He was always having fun and you could tell he loved life even as a boy. I will remember him fondly. My thoughts and prayers are with Al, Cassie, Shelley and Missy.

I'm so sorry for your loss, but I'm so glad I had a chance to spend time with Mike over the last couple years. I'll never forget his wide-eyed look and wonderful sense of humor.
