Ruth Anderson
1928 - 2022
West Brandywine, PA, formerly of Santa Clara
WEST BRANDYWINE, PA - Ruth E. Anderson, age 93, formerly of Santa Clara, died peacefully on March 4.
Ruth lived a life of faith and service. She was among the kindest and most gentle persons. A wiz at working with people and solving medical insurance and billing issues, her Sunnyvale Clinic patients often brought her homemade treats to thank her for her assistance.
Ruth and husband Burt (Lockheed engineer) enjoyed a dozen years in Santa Clara, CA (1980-1992) and retired to Hockessin, DE before re-locating to Freedom Village in 1998.
In addition to her parents, Solveig (Berg) and Odd E Lieberg, Sr., Ruth was preceded in death by her son, Warren R. (2002), husband, Burton H., of 55 years (2006); siblings, in-laws, cousins and many dear friends.
Ruth is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Kristin A. & Karl E. Bennett (Hockessin, DE), son, Erik B. Anderson (San Jose); daughter-in-law, Toril Gulbrandsen Anderson (Minneapolis); five grandchildren and two great-granddaughters.
Please join us in celebrating Ruth's life by viewing her memorial slides and service (when available) at www.harrismountain.com and by sharing your favorite memories with loved ones.
