Terri Teruko Oki

1943 - 2023

Terri, a long-time resident of San Jose, passed away on November 10, 2023. She was born on February 6, 1943 in Gunnison, Utah. Terri is predeceased by her husband Terry, parents Kiyoto and Fusaye Mori, sister Sue Kamimori and brother Mabo. Terri is survived her children Denise Tsuha (Rosten), Kenneth (Janine), Mark (Pamela) and Kyle (Dyan), her 10 grandchildren and her sisters Kiyoko Sterritt and Reiko Yagi.Terri will always be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and life-long friend. Terri became an avid Warriors fan, and spent much of her time watching her grandkids various events, bowling, collecting Beenie Babies, watching Korean soap operas, and taking her daily walks talking with neighbors.A memorial service (casual dress) will be held on January 13, 2024 at 3:00 pm at the San Jose Buddhist Church Betsuin at 640 N. 5th Street, San Jose, CA 95112.
