Entered into rest April 17, 2012 in San Jose, CA surrounded by his family. Devoted father of Antonino and Gabriel DiMaggio. Beloved son of Tony and Anna DiMaggio. Loving brother of Tom and Jack (Dimitra) DiMaggio. Adored uncle of David, Krista, Anna-Maria and Isabella DiMaggio.
Friends are invited to attend a Vigil Service Monday, April 23, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at LIMA-CAMPAGNA-ALAMEDA MISSION CHAPEL, 600 S. Second Street, San Jose, with Visitation beginning at 5:00 p.m. Funeral Service Tuesday, April 24, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at the above chapel. Interment to follow at Oak Hill Memorial Park

My prayers are with you at this very sad time of losing Tony. I have such cool memories of being with him at his house or at the pizza place, what an honor it was to know a guy like him, who always had a smile. He also had a heart of gold, an example for others to live by and follow. I know Tony's memory will live on with all of us who knew him. Please know the DiMaggio family our in my prayers.

Hi I am tony's neighbor and I would talk to him my girls would play with his son and my husband would spend a lot of time talking to him as well. Very sweet guy.. What did he pass from? Miss seeing him out in the neighborhood...

Our deepest sympathies go to the DiMaggio family. Tony was the most gentle man with the sweetest spirit. He loved life and gave it to over 150 young boys during the time he coached with the San Jose Sharks Football Team. Always willing to help and pick up the kids. Of all the coaches on the Teams throughout the years, he was one of the ones who never was complained about. He impacted them with his life and love and they will never be the same. He introduced us to his wonderful family and shared them with us. And although we will all miss him, we know that he is living life more fully in heaven. Thank you Family for sharing him. We've gained so much because of him and you. Our hearts are with you now and forever along with our prayers.

John and I are in deep shock over the passing of this beautiful young man. We send our prayers and love to your whole family. He made the last stromboli we had a few weeks ago. To the Dimaggio family,Im very sorry for your loss. "Coach" Tony was a great Coach to my son Francisco. We knew him for a short time, however my son would always say "Coach Tony is hecka cool! He's a funny dude mom." He picked him up for football games/practices and made him laugh the entire time in the truck. Mostly, he gave him the confidence he lacked! He will always be remembered in my family..Coach, may you be rejoicing in the presence of the lord.
