Tracy Brown Obituary

TRACY BROWN Born on March 20, 1957 and died suddenly on March 29, 2005 at the age of 48. Preceded in death by his parents John and Jacque Brown of Los Altos, Tracy leaves behind his brothers Charlie and Kevin.

Tracy graduated from Mitty High School ('74) where he was an outstanding soccer player. He later went on to Foothill Junior College where he was a member of the '76 State Championship team. An avid skier and surfer, Tracy worked for many years at Ski Any Mountain in Cupertino in the Service Department. He was later employed by Apple Computer as a Documentation Specialist.

His passion for surfing motivated his move to Hermosa Beach, where he enjoyed many years of bachelorhood living on "The Strand," just steps from the beach. He worked for the Harvard Business School Alumni Association until the time of his death. Tracy was loved by family, former classmates, teammates, roommates, coworkers and friends. All will miss him dearly.

My heart goes out to his brothers and parents. I'm sorry for your loss. We will all miss him dearly!

Tracy and I were friends from our Any Mountain days. We kept in touch for ten years after I moved our of the area. Tracy always had something funny and a bit sarcastic to say, followed by his sweet smile. Memories of him will be blazoned in my mind forever. God Bless you Tracy.

I knew Tracy through a former boyfriend that worked at Any Mountain. I always remember Tracy for his quick smile and the fact that he was simply, a nice guy. My sympathies are with his family and friends that will miss him.
