Resident of San Jose
Bill Capogeannis passed away on May 6, 2016. Born in Kalamata, Greece, he came to the US in 1951. He served with the US Army during the Korean conflict, pursued a career in microwave engineering, then formed his own company – Omniyig, Inc. He is survived by wife Cathleen, daughter Elaine, sons Aristomenis and Bill, and daughter-in-law Laura. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to www.saintnicholas.org/donate or www.shfb.org/donate.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Trisagion Service Thursday, May 12, 2016 at 7:00 P.M. at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church, 1260 Davis Street, San Jose. Funeral Service Friday, May 13, 2016 at 10:00 A.M. at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church.

I've know Bill for many years and visited him often at the office to share a coffee and the usual goodies that he would always have available - I will miss his stories and sense of humor, but will always have the fondest memories forever of him. My sympathies to the entire family.

Bill was a dynamic man with a lust for life that he infected my family with. Many fond memories have him in the background...flying to Lake Tahoe, vacationing in Greece on his boat and memories of him and my dad flying. He will be missed and know he loved his family and friends.
