Brian Briscoe Obituary

Emmett - On March 24th 2024, Brian Briscoe was reunited with his father, Melvin and brother, Rulon. Brian was born March 29th, 1960 to Fay and Melvin Briscoe in Great Falls, Montana. Brains family moved to Emmett when he was 3 years old. He was the 3rd of 8 children.

In 1978 Brian met Shirlee while attending Emmett High School. Shirlee and Brian got married in 1981 and had 3 beautiful children Michael, Lindsay, and Tyler.

After High School Brian started to work with Larry Strickland which started his career as a utility line worker. In 1990 he was hired by Idaho Power where worked for 30 years before retiring in 2020. Brian was very good at his job and was respected by his coworkers. Power Lines were where his heart was. Brian loved the outdoors, hunting and camping.

Brian is survived by his wife, Shirlee; 3 children, Michael (Amanda) Briscoe, Lindsay Briscoe, Tyler (Britany) Briscoe; grandchildren Oaklee, Blake, Meela, Hudson, Sloane, Kayden and Brylee; his mother, brothers, sisters and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held at Potter Funeral Chapel on April 5th, 2024 at 11:00am with a reception to follow at the Legion Hall.
