What a dedicated public servant and even more so, a true gentleman. Carlos was always proud of Idaho. He listened to issues, shared his thoughts on important topics, and had a good word and a smile for everyone. He was a real statesman and it was an honor to know him during his service in the Idaho Legislature.

Carlos was dedicated to public service. He was a friend and a colleague who did much to make Idaho a better place. We will be out of town for the service, but send our love to Nancy and the family.
