Carlos V. Bilbao, 82, of Boise, passed away at his home on Monday, November 11, 2019. Funeral mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Thursday, November 21st at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 2612 W. State St. in Boise. Burial with military honors will follow at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery....

He listened to issues, shared his thoughts on important topics, and had a good word and a smile for everyone. He was a real statesman and it was an honor to know him during his service in the Idaho Legislature.
