Cheryne Roehr Herbert

1925 - 2021

Emmett - Cheryne Roehr Herbert of Emmett, Idaho went to heaven on June 2, 2021. Born in 1925 she was 96 years young and was ready to meet some family and friends that had passed on before her. Cheryne loved to paint and write poetry. She won awards for some of her paintings and she passed the love of paint onto her children. Cheryne loved life. As a mom she was full of spunk and love. She taught her children the value of family, friends, love and laughter. She taught them to be thankful for everything but most of all she taught them about God and His love. Those teachings continued throughout their lives, have never left and are being passed on to their own children. Cheryne will be missed by her sister, Marlea Shurtleff, of Washington state, and her children: LouCinda Black of Emmett, Idaho, Suzan Hathaway of Nampa , Idaho (deceased), Barbara Gibson of Oxbow, Oregon, Joe Herbert of Sheridan, Wyoming (deceased), Robert Herbert of Winston, Oregon, Che'ri Frare of Caldwell, Idaho. and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.

We will miss Cheryne... mama, grandma, sister and friend. We love you and will miss you but we will see you again!
