So sorry to hear of your mom's passing.I can remember when the family would come to visit us, on the poultry farm in Lakeville. Many times my mother would mention their time in nursing school, they were great friends. Take care.

Best. Neighbor. Ever. :) We will always remember Betty's warmth and humor (even when we showed up on the doorstep at 9pm, having locked ourselves out for the umpteenth time!). She was a wonderful person, and we will sincerely miss her. May Betty rest in peace, and hope she and George are having a good 'ol time on the other side. Blessings and love to you, Linda, Diane, Tim and Cheryl (and the rest of the family). - Amy, Scott, Josh & Danny

Indeed .. "Betty" shall forever remain a good chum in my life. Together we shared so many neat, fun and most meaningful days in both our working and personal relationship. I consider myself quite blessed that our paths crossed 40+ years ago in Sudbury. I send healing hugs to Betty's exceptional family .. and know that I truly do care. (Love, Helen)

Linda, Diane, Tim and Cheryl....your mom was one of the "moms" of the neighborhood. Always welcoming, ready to feed and care for the Horsepond kids. She was truly a beautiful soul, and will be missed. Heaven has another angel!

My sincere condolences to Betty's family at this sad time. I worked with Betty for several years in Sudbury and she was such a lovely, generous and kind person whom I remember fondly. May you all be comforted by the memories you shared.

I always looked forward to stopping in to visit with Beatty whenever I was in town. Such a compassionate woman, of course I grew up with all of their kids and enjoyed staying in touch whenever possible. The old neighborhood is certainly not the same anymore. Love to the family.
