James F. McQueeney

James Francis McQueeney, age 85, a longtime resident of Natick, died Monday, April 2, 2018. He was the beloved husband of over 60 years of the late Janet Jean (Hansen) McQueeney. Born in Cambridge, MA, he was the son of the late John Francis and Georgina (MacPherson) McQueeney. James was also predeceased by his brothers. James is a veteran of the United States Navy and served during the Korean War. James is survived by his children, Kathleen A. Hajek and her husband Andrew of Framingham, John F. McQueeney and his wife Lynne of Upton, James M. McQueeney of Franklin and Janet J. Sullivan and her husband Kevin of CT; his grandchildren, James F. McQueeney and Ryan P. McQueeney both of Upton, Michael J. McQueeney of Somerville, Meagan E. McQueeney of Boston, Kathleen M. Sullivan and Corinne E. Sullivan both of NY. James is also survived by his sister Mary Dudley of FL and many nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, Natick, MA, Friday, April 6, 2018 at 9:00 A.M followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Celebration at 10 A.M. in Saint Patricks Church, 44 East Central Street, Natick. Interment will follow at Saint Patricks Cemetery, Natick. Visiting hours will be Thursday 4:00|7:00 P.M. at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home.
