Josephine LaConte Obituary

Josephine D. LaConte WELLESLEY Josephine D. (DelSignore) LaConte of Wellesley, died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2008, at home. She was 88. She was born in East Boston, and had lived in Wellesley since 1964. She was a retired secretary, and a member of the Italo American Educational Club Womens Auxiliary. She was the wife of the late Arthur LaConte. She was the mother of Anne M. LaConte-Polz and her husband, Henry G. Polz, of New Port Richey, Fla., Linda L. Viall and her husband, the late James S., of Framingham, Arthur LaConte and his wife, Nancy J., of Holliston; grandmother of James A. Viall of Brighton, and Zachary A. LaConte and Chelsea A. LaConte, both of Holliston; and sister of the late Oliver DelSignore, Lawrence DelSignore and John DelSignore. The funeral will take place from the George F. Doherty & Sons Funeral Home, 477 Washington St., Wellesley, Wednesday, Dec. 10, at 9 a.m., followed by a funeral Mass at St. Paul Church, Wellesley, at 10 a.m. Visiting hours are Tuesday, Dec. 9, 4 to 8 p.m. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made in Josephines memory to Partners Hospice, 281 Winter St., Waltham, MA 02451-8713.

Dear Arthur & Nancy, we are so sorry for your loss and we know exactly what you are going through. My Mom passed away the same day your Mom did. It has been a tough year for all.
