Joshua P. Byrne

Joshua Paul Byrne, 31, of Hudson, MA, unexpectedly passed away October 11th, 2018 while on his honeymoon in Costa Rica. Joshua is survived by his wife, Bianca (Merritt) Byrne, of Stow, MA, his parents Paul and Donna (Fiske) Byrne, of Hudson and his brother, Patrick Byrne and his wife, Melissa of Lancaster. Josh is also survived by his three nephews, Aidan McLaughlin, Jack and Benjamin Byrne, his grandmothers Edith Byrne of Maine and Phyllis Fiske of Northborough as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins and very dear friends. Josh graduated from Hudson High School with the class of 2005, where he played hockey and baseball. Josh began his career assembling drums at SJC Drums where he became a master craftsman and rose to become a production manager. Josh's passion was traveling and hiking National Parks, with his wife, while camping and fishing along the way. Josh enjoyed his season tickets with the Bruins. He also adored his canine companion Penny. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his name to the National Parks Service at donate.nationalparks.org. The family will be open to receiving visitors on Monday, October 22nd. from 4-7 at The Hudson Portuguese Club, 13 Port St., Hudson, MA. A celebration of life will follow starting at 7:15 pm.
