Kathleen M. Sullivan

Kathleen Kay M. (Pryor) Sullivan, age 91, a 62-year resident of Winchester, passed away April 9, 2012. She was the beloved wife of the late Timothy F. Sullivan. Born in Framingham, she was the daughter of the late John T. and Mary T. (Gibbons) Pryor. A graduate of Framingham Union Nursing School, Mrs. Sullivan was the only school nurse in the Winchester Public School system for a number of years before becoming the Winchester High School nurse. She also worked for Winchester Hospital in the Continuing Care Unit, a rehabilitation facility once located on Swanton St. In her spare time, Kay enjoyed spending time with her family at the beach in Gloucester, as well as long car rides to enjoy the New England scenery. Kay was the devoted mother of Timothy F., Jr., Kathleen M. and Janet M. Sullivan, all of Winchester, Maureen A. Calabro of Exeter, NH, Joan E. Sullivan of CA, Anne M. Sullivan of Beverly, Julie K. Sullivan of Maynard and the late Terence D. Sullivan, and the dear sister of the late John E. Pryor. A Mass of Christian Burial was held at St. Marys Church, Winchester on Sat., April 14. Interment was private. Arrangements by Costello Funeral Home of Winchester.
