Martin Sigel Obituary

MALDEN Martin Sigel, 79, of Malden,died on July 16, 2008, at the Kathleen Daniel Nursing Home in Framingham. Mr. Sigel was born in Chelsea. For many years he was a draftsman working with the Army Corps of Engineers. He was the son of the late Hyman Sigel and Betty (Margolis) Sigel. He leaves his wife Ruth (Jacobs) Sigel; his nieces and nephews, Arlene and Larry DeHaan of Framingham, and Jeffrey and Cheryl Dorenfeld of Reading. He is also survived by several other loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Funeral services will be held at the Brezniak-Rodman Chapel, 1251 Washington St. (corner of Chestnut Street), West Newton, on Friday, July 18, at 11 a.m. Memorial observance will be at the home of Arlene and Larry DeHaan, on Friday, July 18, until sundown, Saturday evening, July 19, Sunday, July 20, and Monday. July 21, after 1 p.m. Remembrances may be made to either the Kathleen Daniels Nursing Home, 45 Franklin St. Framingham, MA 01702 or to the Allegiance Hospice, 67 Middle St., Suite 503, Lowell, MA 01852.
