More than 10 year have passed. I miss you. You come to mind a lot. Not having you around makes things duller. I pray you knew how much you were loved. I love you. So many did.

Paul was the first friend that I made in the freshman dorms at Boston College. He was so incredibly genuine, and good humored; so it's no surprise I liked him right away. I can't express enough the sorrow I felt to just read of his passing in the Boston College Magazine. My thoughts and prayers go out to Mrs. & Mr. Shea & Family. I'll miss you, "Smoothie."

Mr. and Mrs. Shea,
I met Paul several years ago and even though we had lost touch I never forgot the words of wisdom he shared with me. I was trying to make contact with him today and came upon his passing. Words cannot express the news. I am sorry for his passing. Paul touched many hearts.

I was so sorry to hear about Paul's passing.
I remember Peter and Paul as little boys when I'd visit their grandmother, my favorite neighbor, when I was a child. They were sweet boys and I loved visiting with them.
My thoughts are with his family - what a painful thing to go through.

Paul was a good friend to many. He once told me, "I don't like to hear about bad things happening to my friends". He truly cared about all of them. We will all miss you, Paul. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.

My heart goes out to Mr. & Mrs. Shea and Peter. His life was too short here with us.
Paul was one of my oldest friends and had one of the biggest hearts of anyone I have ever known. He was always quick to compliment someone and to make them feel special. Paul will be missed by my entire family and by many he had a way about him that would attract friends.

We are so shocked and saddened by this news. Paul was the life of the party, funny, fun, kind and just plain nice.
We are heartbroken for his dear parents and his brother Peter. Kenbebunk will not be the same without Paul.
Sending you our deepest sympathies. XO Tara and Jonathan
