Sister Roberta Marie was my eighth-grade teacher at St. James School in Medford, MA, 1960. It was exciting for all of her students to have such an enthusiastic and youthful teacher. Many years later, there was a reunion for every year of the school at the Irish American Hall in Malden. When I approached a group of nuns and asked about her they replied that she had planned to attend but stayed to care for a nun in her end of life moments. I would have loved to have talked with her and express my appreciation for the gifts she gave me. Rest In Peace.

Sister Roberta Marie was truly a strong, caring, holy woman who embodied the CSJ charism. She was a gift.

I had Sr. Roberta Marie as a student at Mt.St. Joseph Academy from 1963-67. She was a wonderful example of Christian Womanhood and a wonderful friend even after I graduated from the Mount in 1967. She was a wonderful support to me when I lost my mother and I will always remember her kindness at that time. She is a big part of my high school memories. May she rest in peace.
