Ron Canonica Obituary

Ron Canonica Ron Canonica HOPKINTON Ron Canonica, 47, of Hopkinton died Monday Nov. 30, 2009. Born in New Jersey, Ron is the son of Joanne and Ronald Louis Canonica of Point Pleasant, N.J., and husband of Renee (Morris) Canonica of Hopkinton. A Hopkinton resident for the past 16 years, Ron enjoyed animals, cooking, fishing, entertaining and cars. He worked for the past four years at Panasonic as an accounts manager and national sales manager. He had previously worked at Maytag-Hoover for 19 years. Besides his wife of 23 years and his parents, he is survived by two daughters, Ashlyn and Bailey Canonica of Hopkinton; a sister, Lissa Baker and her children, Ron and Eva, of Las Vegas, N.V.; mother and father-in-law, Bob and Dorothy Morris of Hopkinton; sisters and brothers-in-law, Andrea and Alan Rowe of Sturbridge, Rob and Julie Morris of Pennsylvania, Darin Morris of Hopkinton, Nickie and John Tighe of Texas, and Danelle and Jay Foley of Grafton, and many other nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Visitation will be on Thursday, Dec. 3, 2009 from 4-8 p.m. at the Chesmore Funeral Home, 57 Hayden Rowe St., Hopkinton, www.ChesmoreFuneralHome.com. A Mass of Christian Burial will be at Saint John the Evangelist Church on Friday at 11 a.m. Burial will follow in Mt. Auburn Cemetery in Hopkinton.
