Billy, John, Shannon, and Courtney and most of all Maureen, please know that Bill is in a much better place. He was one of the strongest men I ever met, and I knew from the moment I met him that his wife and children, and grandchildren, were the most important people in his life. He fought this for as long as he did because he did not want to let any of you go. You all knew that. And now he is at peace, and all his pain and suffering is gone. We are praying that your grief is short and your memories of the good times are long. May the love of God bless you all.

My heart goes out to all of you during this most difficult time. My family has such fond memories of Bill and I know he will be greatly missed by all of you. I once heard a quote I'd like to share -- "Death is a pain that no one can heal. Love is a memory that no one can steal" -- Many thoughts and prayers with your family. Love, Meghan
