WEST MILTON -- Jack Allen Clark, Age 82, of West Milton, passed away Friday, December 10, 2021, at his home. He was born September 4, 1939, of Springfield, Kentucky. Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM Wednesday, December 15, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton. Pastor Andy Warren will officiate with interment following at Riverside Cemetery, West Milton.
