COMMERCIAL POINT - Janet Eileen Covault, passed away on June 7, 2025. She was born on September 11, 1932, to the late Gerald and Helen (Sherman) Davidson.
For many years she worked for the State of Ohio; retired from the Department of Development in 1993. Things she enjoyed: traveling, coffee, an occasional scotch, birdwatching, cross-stitching, and knitting. She was married to the late Lloyd R. Covault, Jr. MD on June 12, 1951 and is survived by her children, Sheryl (Rick) Williams, Jane (Thomas) Cook, Michael (Cindy) Covault, and Roger Covault; grandchildren, Mark (Kristy) Harris, Jacqueline Kielian, Angela (Joel) Rice, Rebecca Yates, Thomas (Kristin) Cook III, Sally Covault, Sarah (Daniel Sabetta, Amanda (John) Hamilton, Valerie (Lamar) Brown, Jesse (Johanna), Jonathan (Elise), and Joseph (Breanna) Covault, along with numerous great grandchildren.
There will be a private viewing for family. Interment will be at Beckett Cemetery in Commercial Point. Contributions may be made in Janet's name and memory, to the Alzeimer's Association of Central Ohio or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
