Julia Faul Obituary

PIQUA -- Julia L. Faul, 82, of Piqua, passed away at 6:10 a.m. Wednesday, September 29, 2021 at the Piqua Manor Nursing Home. She was born September 21, 1939 in Augusta, Kentucky to the late Alec and Edna (Daniels) Schmidt. She married Ray W. Faul December 24, 1960 in Clayton; he preceded her in death August 25, 2006.

Survivors include one daughter, Sherri (Ron) Murray of Pemberville; one son, Gary (Cheryl) Faul of Piqua; five grandchildren; three great grandchildren; and two sisters, Jewel Sprowl of Manchester, and Celona Toller of Augusta, Kentucky.

Mrs. Faul was a 1957 graduate of Minerva High School. She worked for many years for IPC in Tipp City. She loved to read and complete crossword puzzles. Julia loved to spend her time making fudge and putting together no bake cookies with her family.

A graveside service to honor her life will be held privately at Forest Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are being handled through the Jamieson & Yannucci Funeral Home.
