PIQUA — Lexus Marie Moore, infant daughter of James Leathem and Jasmine Moore of Piqua, passed away at 5:20 p.m. Friday June 22, 2018 at Dayton Children's Hospital. She was born June 18, 2018 in Troy.
A graveside service will be held Monday July 2, 2018 at 1 p.m. at Forest Hill Cemetery, Piqua. Arrangements are being handled by Melcher-Sowers Funeral Home, Piqua.
