TROY - Nadine Laverne (Godsey) Myers, age 80, of Troy, passed away on January 20, 2022 at Story Point Living in Troy. She was born in Bristol, VA on December 18, 1941 to the late Lawrence and Trula (Davis) Godsey.
Nadine is survived by her daughters: Andrea (Chris) Myers and Annette (Jason) Ratliff both of Troy; one stepson: John H. Myers, Jr.; and 5 grandchildren: Ava Elizabeth, William Connor, Catherine Grace, Cara Faith and Christopher John Robinson. She is preceded in death by her husband: John H.Myers Sr.; and one stepson: Doyle N. Myers.
Nadine was a member of the First United Methodist Church and Corvette Troy. She worked as an accountant for GM. Nadine was also a volunteer with Partners in Hope and FISH.
Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, January 27, 2022 at Baird Funeral Home in Troy. Interment will follow at Casstown Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6:00 – 8:00 PM at the funeral home..
Memorial contributions may be made to Partners in Hope, 180 East Race Street, Troy, OH 45373. Friends may express condolences to the family through www.bairdfuneralhome.com.

So sorry to hear this. You were a distant relative and good friend. Not mentioned, Nadine and Johnny were Corvette lovers and belonged to the Troy Corvette Club for years. Rest in peace.......
