PLEASANT HILL - Patsy K. Whiting age 83, of Pleasant Hill, passed away Monday, July 31, 2023, at Hospice of Miami County Inpatient Unit.
She was born April 4, 1940, in Miami County, Ohio, to her parents James & Betty (Schultz) Barton.
Patsy graduated from Newton High School class of 1958 and retired from Fifth Third Bank as a teller. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill United Church of Christ. She was a loving mother and grandmother and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband Talmage Keith Whiting; son Jeff Whiting; her dog Pebbles.
She will be missed and remembered by her loving daughters and son-in-law Tammy Bulle & Keith Snapp of Pleasant Hill and Vickie Whiting of Pleasant Hill; daughter-in-law Linda Whiting of Pleasant Hill; brother and sister-in-law Butch & Bonnie Barton of Pleasant Hill; grandchildren Eric Hittle of Troy, Melinda Blackwell of Bradford, Ashley & Alan Moss of Argyle, Texas, Zachary & Kayleigh Whiting of Montezuma, ; step-grandchildren Josh & Tieu Brown of Hampton, Virginia, Ashley & Austin Cadle of Dallas, Texas, Travis Brown of Covington; great grandchildren Cameron Blackwell, Malcom Whiting, Skylar Whiting; step great grandchildren Beckett Cadle, Ryleigh Gurganus, Robert Linsenbach, Jr.; numerous extended family and friends; sister-in-law Agnes Hurley of Piqua; special friends Bev Cecil and Charlene Haines.
A graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 11, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County. Memories may be shared with the family online at www.jackson-sarver.com
