TROY - Thomas Oldham, 54 of Troy, Ohio passed away, on Thursday, July 6, 2023, in Kettering Emer Center in Piqua.
He was born on August 19, 1968, in Troy to the late Jackie Lee and Carolyn Lee (Reeder) Oldham. After graduating from Miami East High School in 1986, Thomas went on to graduate from Edison Community College with an associate degree in Alternative Energy. Throughout these years, Thomas worked at Panasonic, ConAgra Foods, and Momentous Health of Vandalia.
In his free time, Thomas was a 10+ year member of his local 4-H Club and FFA, where he later transitioned into supporting his children in their own livestock endeavors. He also enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and working on projects in his barn. Thomas was a devoted family man and husband who fiercely and deeply loved supporting his loved ones.
Thomas is survived by his wife Janet Oldham; daughters, Emily Oldham (John Gormley), Eryn Oldham, Amanda (Justin) Ogden, Savannah (Richard) Pauley, Madison (Wesley) Baker, and Christina Stivers; sons, Dylan Thrift, Devan Thrift, and Saxon (Taylor) Butler; grandchildren, Harper and Mason Gormley, Leo and Lincoln Brown, and Hudson and Brielle Butler; brother, Daniel (Abbi) Oldham; sister, Rachel (Ryan) Fleming; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Rhiannon Butler; grandparents, Lester and Edna Oldham, and Harold and Evelyn Reeder; brother, Paul Oldham; aunts, Marilyn Peake, Rosalyn Shawler, and Jill Oldham; uncles, Jack Shawler, Daniel Lagant, and Joseph Michael Oldham; and cousins, Terry Peake and Jeremy Hottle.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1-3 p.m. on Thursday, July 13, 2023, in the Fletcher United Methodist Church, Fletcher Ohio.
A Funeral service will follow in the church at 3:00 p.m. with Pastors Tina Fox and Rick Mowry officiating.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Suber, Shively & Vernon Funeral Home, Fletcher, Ohio.
