Audrey Benoit Obituary
Born on May 8, 1962, in Massena, N.Y., she has been a Portland resident for the last 19 years. She graduated as a professional photographer from the Hallmark Institute of Photography in Turners Falls, Mass.
Besides her husband, she leaves her sons, Shaun Brassard, Nicholas and Joshua Benoit, a daughter, Katelynn Benoit, a sister, Brenda Bates of Florida and her special in-laws, Nicholas and Mary Lou Pini of Portland and Dale and Cindy Benoit also of Portland.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, Nov. 25, at 3 p.m. at Portland Memorial Funeral Home, 231 Main St., Portland. Relatives and friends may call or visit on Sunday from 1 p.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Church of St. Mary, 51 Freestone Ave., Portland, CT. 06480. To send an online expression of sympathy, please visit www.portlandmemorialfh.net.

I knew Audrey as an ambitious photographer. We worked together on several occasions and maintained a friendship initially through MySpace, then via Facebook. I can't believe she's gone! So sorry for her 4 great kids! RIP honey!
