Robert William Brick, lovingly referred to as "Bob" or "Bobby", of Phoenix, AZ, died Sunday morning, January 19, 2025, in his home, of a heart attack. He was 62.
Robert was born on March 17, 1962, in Middletown, CT, to Joan H. Brick and John J. Brick and attended Vinal Technical High School (Middletown, CT), graduating in 1980. Bob relocated to Phoenix, AZ, in 1984, to begin his long, successful career in the automotive industry as a painter. Upon retirement, he began to focus on his passion for art and became a beloved artist in his local community.
Bob is survived by his wife, Margaret Mary Sanchez-Brick; two children, Travis Thomas Sanchez of Laveen, AZ and Lindsey Rae Sanchez of Phoenix, AZ; and four grandchildren, Alyssa, Jaxen, Robert, and Layla, all of whom he deeply loved and cherished. He is also survived by his sister and brother in Connecticut, Deborah B. Fowler (John Snurkowski) and James R. Brick and his wife Fran, and several nieces and nephews. Bobby was predeceased by his father, John J. Brick.
A Celebration of Life will be held on a later date.
