Thomas Thibodeau Obituary
Thomas Normand Thibodeau, 35, of Portland, CT, passed away unexpectedly, yet peacefully, at his home on Monday, March 16, 2026. His passing will leave a deep and lasting impact on all who knew and loved him.
Tom is survived by his loving parents, Normand and Debra Thibodeau; and his second family Deb, Dave, Brian, and Hannah Denette.
Besides his parents, Tom is survived by his aunt, Charline ("C") Thibodeau; his uncle, Paul Thibodeau; and aunt, Terry Roy (Ron). He also leaves behind several cousins.
His passion from the time he was a young boy was cars, and he channeled that passion into a successful career as a car salesman.
Tom shared a special bond with many of his friends, including Rayshawn, Allison, Sara, Cat, Peter, Natalie and Tia. His loss leaves an immeasurable void in their hearts.
Tom had an adventurous spirit, a kind heart, an infectious sense of humor and was genuinely a good human. His memory will live on through the love he gave, the laughter he shared and the lives he touched.
A Funeral Liturgy will be held on Monday, March 23rd, at 10:30am at St. Bridget of Kildare Church in Moodus. Friends may also gather at Biega Funeral home at 3 Silver Street, Middletown, on Sunday, March 22, 4-6pm. To share memories or express condolences online, please visit www.biegafuneralhome.com .
In lieu of flowers, donations in Tom's name can be sent to the American Cancer Society, in honor of his beloved uncle, Mike.
