Beverly Bliven Obituary

MONTROSE - Beverly S. "Bev" Bliven, 71, of Keokuk, died Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 9:30 p.m. in Montrose Health Center.

She was born Nov. 24, 1953, in Carthage, Ill., the daughter of Elmer and Doris (Bruder) Foley. She married Michael R. "Charlie" Bliven, June 3, 2000, in Quincy, Ill. He survives. Bev worked at Motorola and Dixie Cream Donut Shop in Quincy.

Survivors in addition to her husband are a daughter Jodi Rampley and her husband Scott; a son Adam Roan and his partner Britney; three stepsons: Joe Bliven and wife Betsy, Tony Bliven, Tim Bliven and wife Emely; three-brothers: David Foley and his wife Sue, Tom Foley and his wife Diane, and Bob Foley and his wife Kate; one sister Kathy Bartholomew and her husband Joe; 14 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, father in-law and mother-in-law.

There will be no services. There will be a celebration of life at Keokuk Union Depot, 100 S. Water St., Keokuk, on Sunday, July 27, at noon.
