Clement John Schulte Jr. (John) of Camarillo, California, passed away peacefully on Sept. 26, 2025, at the age of 92.
Born in Sperry, Iowa, on Dec. 21, 1932, John graduated from Sperry High School in 1951. He served his country in the U.S. Air Force as a radio engineer, stationed in St. Louis, before earning an engineering degree from Iowa State University. He went on to build a distinguished career in St. Paul, Minnesota.
In August of 1964, John married Patricia Kelly, and the two built a life together centered on family and community. John furthered his education at Harvard Business School, graduating in 1965. He and Patricia spent the next four decades in St. Paul, raising their children, Scott and Sara.
Following his retirement in 2005, John and Patricia relocated to Camarillo, California, where they enjoyed a slower pace of life and time with loved ones.
John will be remembered for his dedication to family, his sharp mind, and a lifetime of quiet contributions to those around him.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia, their children Scott and Sara, and many cherished relatives and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, Clem and Helen Schulte; brothers, James (Julia) Schulte and Eugene (Frances) Schulte; and sisters, Lorraine (William) Slattery and Jeanette (Jay) Edwards.
